Cancellations
Cancellation and make-up arrangements follow the signed parent agreement and depend on the selected package.
Punctuality
Please arrive and collect on time so that sessions can begin calmly and the next lesson is not disrupted.
Collection
Children are released only according to approved collection arrangements. Changes must be communicated clearly in advance.
Behaviour
Children are guided with dignity, clear boundaries and positive reinforcement. Corporal punishment is never used.
Communication
Use the approved ReadyRoot contact channels. Important learning and account information is shared privately.
Privacy
Do not share portal access. Child information, reports and photographs must be treated confidentially.
Partnership
Parents are encouraged to complete appropriate home-practice activities and raise questions early.
POPIA-conscious privacy
Children’s information is private by design.
Identifiable child information is never made public. Parent access is restricted to information linked to their own child, while administrative information is reserved for authorised ReadyRoot access.
